My Daily Outfit; Day Three

My Daily Outfit; Day Three

Another day, another adventure!

We started our day off with the hotel breakfast, a great selection. The same everyday but always something new to try.

My outfit today:

Sunglasses: Juicy Couture

I am not normally a fan of Juicy, however these glasses were a bargain in TK MAXX and I loved the shape and emerald green inner rim.

Playsuit: French Connection

This was another bargain bought on the FCUK outlet eBay store. Well worth a look if your a fan of the French brand but not the prices. I also bought this great sequin evening dress for a 3rdof the cost and new it was £3-400!

My favourite leggings: Mint Velvet

Leggings are a staple these days and easy to get hold of. I think it’s well worth paying a bit extra for a decent pair as they will last, keep you warmer and  show less of your VPL! These cost £15 and have a think waist band and slightly rouched ankles. They worked really well with the playsuit as its quite short and cheeky so they made the outfit more respectable.

My market bought scarf and rocket dog boots again. I really tried to pack and bring items I could wear with each outfit to keep my bag as light as possible and these two items did me very well.

That cheeky Muubaa leather jacket finishes off the look and keeps me warm whilst stomping the streets.

Edit

Lunch was at a brilliant little place called ‘Soup’. We ate for under €20 (about £14) and couldn’t have touched a bite more! Generous portions and tasty panini options meant we were satisfied till dinner.

For the evening I wore my black jeans ASOS cutout boots, a Primarni vest with a crochet top which I found in a vintage shop near where I live. It was cold out so I popped on my Sainsbury’s jumper (!) and faux fur coat and off we went to another awesome eating establishment. This time, Ribs n Beer. The ONLY option for a big V like me was goats cheese salad with honey and pine nuts. I’m not going to complain as it was nice and we got chips and washed it down with local beer. It was one of those kind of meals where calories are welcomed to the party and enjoyed!

Anyone been up to anything fun this week or planning something for the neat future? Let me know in the comments and if you have blogged about it post the link too! I’d love to see! ❤

My Daily Outfit; Day Two

My Daily Outfit; Day Two

Day two. The fun begins!

Top to bottom:

Pale blue vest; Primarni

Leather Jacket; Muubaa

Trousers; Forever21

Headband; The Woolen shopI bought a little ring to add to my collection. The purple number you see here! It’s silver and very pretty.

After doing some shopping and sight seeing we stopped for “lunch” in the MOST amazing waffle cafe called ‘Lizzie’s wafles’. I have read some amazing reviews so we meandered the streets until we found it. It wouldn’t be a trip to Belgium without a waffle! We chose warm cherries, chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream. It was incredible! Served by Lizzie herself who is so friendly, she told me that  though they have been open for years, they simplified their menu tO just waffles a year ago and have been very popular ever since.

Its very small so expect it to be hard tI get a table in the sunmer. Its mid March and we got a table for two easily. Another thing to note is its cash only. After a boat tour round the city we did a little more shopping and then stopped for another beer. A large one! Then time for dinner! We dined in Bruges number 2 ranked restaurant Pro Deo, it was so lovely. Great hearty portions and cosy decor. Full of interesting brik-a-brac it’s well worth a visit. Warm, welcoming and the food is gorgeous to boot.
